Road Trip----June

Mid June, we headed over to Pullman with Grandma Sue to visit family.  The girls were so very excited to get to see their "pullman-lenssen cousins"that they didn't even mind the lllooong drive ahead of them.  The timing worked out great that we could pack up and head over the mountains for Lanas 2nd birthday.  We stayed at the Holiday Inn, the girls love it there....juice and cinnamon rolls with sausage for breakfast and warm cookies in the evening for their mid-swim snack!

Allison, Avery and Sadie perfecting their jumps/splash....Avery adores all her cousins.  She always has so much fun playing with them, she just gets crazy-super excited!!  We used this pool as much as possible  in our couple days there....early morning/mid day/ late night swims....didn't matter for all these pool babies.  Presley even joined in the fun at the pool, her first swim experience and she loved it---no surprise there!
Grant and Kenzie at the park...these 2 have been very buddy-buddy for the last couple of years, they always play very well together and are soo stinking cute to listen to and watch =)

Aunt Angela and Presley in the "lawn chair " swing, perfect swing really for holding a baby and swinging, very comfy.

Happy 2nd Birthday sweet/cute/ funny little Lana girl.....thanks for inviting us to the party!
super cute birthday cupcakes made by my sis-in-law  Shelle......they tasted delicious also

 back row..Presley , Sadie, Avery, Allison....front row..Kenzie, Lana, Grant

The kids had a great idea and a grand plan to create and put on a show for us, they practiced hard and then ushered us into our seats for the show....some sort of 'dance show'  it was very cute and awesome!

A great time was had by all.  We played hard, so hard that Avery actually fell asleep on the drive home....this kid does NOT sleep in the car ever!  The more tired she gets the more she talks and fidgets usually.....but she just crashed about an hour outside of Pullman on the drive home.  =)   We did do alot of fun things in a couple days---the kids played hard at the hotel and at parks and at uncle Dwayne and aunt Angela's house.  We got to go out for dinner and help celebrate Lana's birthday and swim and swim and swim some more.  Went to the library to watch a comedian juggler, watched Grant play soccer and so on and so on!!
Thanks for having us "Pullman-Lenssen cousin family"  (as av and kenz would say it)

Mr and Mrs Brady.....and some real cute flower girls!!

On June 4th my baby sister Lyza(Bucky) and Shawn got married.  They got married at Evergreen Gardens, it was a perfect beautiful day (phew..got lucky!)   Lyza was a beautiful, glowing bride.  Wedding went off with only a few minor bumps in the road, nothing detectable by anyone but us doing the planning and work =)  Avery, Kenzie , Mickie and Jaeger were the flower girls.....Avery and Kenzie made it down the aisle but then layed on the grass hiding behind me during the ceremony(because they were 'melting' from the hot sun)   The reception was a lot of fun....everybody danced the night away!! Avery and Kenzie never left the dance floor....except to go eat some s'mores.  Kenzie was especially into the dancing, she was constantly on the hunt for a dance partner.  I don't think that Lyza missed a song either, so they just danced till they dropped!
